In charge of Inventory ControlManage inventory level, supervise stock take activity, propose and perform write offs5. As a leader, actively manage and update SOP/WI within PPIC, support any Audits activity when needed.- Held periodic refreshment tranings for staffs and operators- Provide leadership for the team, 1 on 1 conversation, team discussion, initiate brainstorming for improvements- Take part in company events

- Responsible for Material Requirement Planning, calculating material requirement based on demand forecast, using Bill of Materials- Responsible for Material Replenishment / Procurement, create Purchase Request and work closely with vendors/suppliers to ensure the supply of raw materials & packaging materials. - Responsible for Inventory Control such as monitoring inventory stock level, days of inventory, work closely with Warehouse Team to make sure FIFO is implemented and data stock is accurate, monitoring material consumption, managing slowmoving materials.- Responsible for Production Planning. Generate production schedule for all plants. Work closely with Production Team to optimize assets by also considering all the constraints. Work closely with Sales Team to manage intake order planning and delivery date.- Responsible for Production Control. Monitoring production output/achievements. Reviewing bottlenecks & backlog and adjusting schedule to ensure production runs smoothly.
