Designed and implemented the Fuse Service Works ("FSW") application for Allianz Assistance and Travel business streams. FSW is a SOA-based middle-layer system responsible for client-server interactions of Allianz' 83 million insurance customers worldwide. FSW exposes a simplified user interface, hiding the complexity of the implemented business processes. Sberbank Of Russia (Moscow, Russian Federation)

Designed and developed as a SCRUM Master and implemented the Plastic Cards Functional Application (PCFA). PCFA is a multi-tier, integrated debit card system that allows Sberbank’s 40,000+ tellers to effectively manage the full lifecycle of the debit cards. Completely replacing an outdated legacy system, PCFA provides a materially improved user experience by increasing the average number of transactions processed per teller, per hour, by 250%, and eliminating over 50% of human errors.Technologies utilized: Core Java, Java EE, Spring Framework, Spring Webflow, Hibernate, JPA, JTA, Servlets, JSP, LDAP, SOAP, Web-Services, AXIS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JMS, SQL, Oracle, IBM WebSphere Application Server, Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Maven, Ant, Mockito, Junit, Hudson, Jazz, SVN, P4, Unix.• Served as the senior technical leader (managed a team of nine professionals) for the complete PCFA project cycle. • Designed a scalable solution across all layers of the application from the GUI to the database.• Built a JUnit/Mockito-based testing suite. At&T U-Verse “Lightspeed” Project (St. Louis, Mo, Usa And Raanana, Israel)

As a key Amdocs contributor within the development team, worked on construction, delivery and production support of a new, web-based order-processing solution for AT&T U-verse services called “Lightspeed.” The ordering application served as a front-oriented multi-tier system that seamlessly integrates with internal and external service providers and manages the workflow / product configuration logic.Lightspeed was developed using J2EE technology – Servlets, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JMS, EJB, XML, JDBC, JNDI, SQL, AXIS, Struts framework, JAX-RPC Web Services – and was hosted on the IBM WebSphere Application Server. • Improved the user experience and enriched the application’s functionality by leading the high-level design sessions with AT&T representatives for several application versions.• Optimized the proprietary product's calculation time utilizing complex algorithms and data structures (QuickSelect, DFS Search, QuickSort modifications).• Executed performance tuning-profiled JVM thread and memory usage to find the root cause of the performance bottlenecks.• Lightspeed solution was used to sign up more than two million new AT&T U-verse customers between 2008 and 2012.

Amdocs Integration Framework Project (Raanana, Israel)

Designed, developed and provided production support for the Amdocs Integration Framework (AIF). The application shortened the development cycle of Amdocs core products (e.g. billing, ordering, CRM) by over 100%. The framework supports IBM WAS and Bea WebLogic application servers on Linux/Unix operating systems. The metadata generated by AIF transforms into EJB, JMS, and Web Services (JAX-WS and JAX RPC), as well as customized in-house ones.• Initiated and successfully implemented a transfer from JAXP-based to JAXB Web Services. Codebase decreased by 70%, which simplified further support and development. • Replaced time-consuming, error-prone manual build scripts with elegant, automated solutions.• Developed new procedures for requirements gathering, needs analysis, testing and documentation to strengthen quality and functionality of business-critical application areas.
