Closely monitor HSE compliance on location in accordance with Company and local guidelines and legislation while maintaining a high level of personal commitment to HSE culture.Ensure that day to day and special operations are performed accident-free and with minimal impact on the environment and local communities.Maintain the POL registry and T-Card system for the location ensuring all personnel, subcontractors, third party services and visitors receive site orientation/induction with an emphasis on PTW, JSA and stop work policies.Assist rig management, review and update emergency response plans and evacuation plans for each rig move. Ensure HSE compliance boards are up to date.Maintain communication with HSE reps of third parties in regards to the safety and wellbeing of their employees.Maintain and enforce a hazard observation card system. Report and provide solutions for the problems/hazards identified.Perform unplanned inspections and PTW audits for personnel. Ensure personnel accommodations meet XCD and local requirements for health and hygiene.Maintain registry with all emergency response equipment and ensure it is in working order. Report issues or shortcomings to rig management. Provide recommendations for improvement.Assist and supervise emergency drills performed on location. Ensure the written summary is received by all concerned parties and rig management.Coordinate daily pre tour meetings for day/night, pre-job safety meetings. Ensure all relevant aspects of operations are reviewed, hazards identified and recorded in a JSA.Ensure PPE requirements are enforced on location and that adequate stocks of PPE are available for use. Identify PPE requirements for oil and gas operations and inform rig management.Perform safety tours and hazard hunts on a regular basis and monitor compliance levels with company policies and procedures.

Perform internal audits on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and QHSE inspections for the Client's extensive network of gas station, oil storage yards, service companies (installation maintenance, drilling, well services, LNG storage yards, refining processes), Plan and coordinate a team of auditors to meet audit/inspection programs and deadlines for reporting. Approximately 200 locations audited/year.

Perform external audits on behalf of GLIS on ISO 9001 standard on a broad range of activities. Oil and Gas, cardboard production, medical supplies, Steel Mills design, etc.

Maintain, implement and adapt corporate philosophy and QHSE procedures to satisfy local regulations and legal requirements. Obtain and maintain the external ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates. Perform internal audits for the above mentioned standards and unplanned inspections, EHS inductions. Advise the company during external audits from certification body.Develop, implement and follow up ERPs, training plans, training materials. Perform EHS Evaluations for public tender.

OHS Consultant. Perform risk assessment, monthly trainings, create framework documentation required by Romanian legislation and assisst with any incident investigation, if required. Provide assistance during visits from relevant authorities.

Civil construction company. Procurement duties, general maintenance, Supervise field crews on the quality of work. Perform OHS Trainings and maintain records. Follow-up on medical checks, worker grievances, etc.

OHS Consultant with an externalized service for Romanian OHS legal requirements. Perform monthly visits to over 40 companies, train staff, maintain all the necessary records for labour legislation, perform inspections and guide the client. Field work 90%.
