I offer an extensive background in performance, strategic and financial management, internal control, policy evaluation and development, and human resource management. My twenty-five-year career with the Saskatchewan Public Service includes working within three different ministries of Executive Government. This history has progressively built my capacity to assess strategies, operations and programs and provide leadership level expertise directly toward achieving corporate objectives.A Bachelor of Commerce degree coupled with a Certified Professional Accountant designation, a project management certificate and advanced LEAN certification provide me with the multi-dimensional tools required to observe situations with innovative vision; improving procedures and processes where necessary to better align strategy, operations, human resources and finance to corporate mission. In addition to technical financial skill, I understand the value of developing and maintaining an extensive network of connections to support ideas, initiatives and directives to achieve improved client outcomes and corporate results. The collective impact achieved through partnership is exponential that of what we can each achieve individually.I am a champion of the employees I lead.
