Conducts benefit registration and enrollment for employees that are newly eligible, have verified qualifying events and during annual open enrollment; Research and respond to any benefit issues while ensuring quick, equitable and courteous resolutions while maintaining a working relationship with plan vendors; Verifies and reconciles monthly premium statements for all benefit policies; Administers the personnel function of the 403(b) retirement program; Administers all employee leaves including FMLA, LOA, Military Leave and other leave requests as outlined by procedure and acts as HR advisor to employees and supervisors; Process COBRA and Unemployment benefit claims; Assists with Workers’ Compensation; Provides back up coverage to the HR Coordinator as necessary
