I have taught PowerSchool 101, Tips and Trick in PowerSchool, Secretarial Best Practices, The Functions Menu, and Student Searches. Help with set up, and various functions as needed at conference. Have been presenting from the first National Conference in Las Vegas and have presented throughout the country with them at regional events.

Transcript creation and review to verify and check grades, credit requirements, and GPA are accurate. Import state testing and National testing for graduation and college preparedness.Perform all Power School functions for the Battle Mountain Junior High School. Support and troubleshoot Power School for all secondary schools in Lander County. Create reports, report cards, discipline letters, student scheduling, parent mailings, log entries, and transcripts. Prepare and present state reports and audits, Implement and introduce programs that integrate with Power School. Develop, plan, and maintain new advances in technology.

Butte Valley School District

Group presenting of PowerSchool functions and individual training for school district staff. Hired two years in a row to go and present and work with individuals. Individual training included troubleshooting individualized areas they needed to use in PowerSchool. Introduced new superintendent to the program and taught basics so she had ability to locate and utilize information.

Help students check in and out books. Provide a lesson on research, library skills, and other relevant lessons to students. Order and update books as needed. Track lost, late, and damaged books. Organize and hold a book fair each year

Teach English as a second language to adult students. Focus on individualized plans and progression for each student. Prepare and create reports to submit to the college about progression, attendance, and new or dropped students to the program.
