Senior Data and Analytics PM within the EC2 provides critical program management services to EC2 organizations of AWS curating and analyzing big data, set clear objectives, define programs (mission, vision, tenets and best practices), drive improvements that are quantified with metrics, and influence resource allocation. I am accountable for the overall program strategy as well as managing the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs regarding global workforce planning and headcount management for EC2 which has significant impact to the EC2 business lines. Specifically, the scope of the Senior Data and Analytics PM within the EC2 BOS team is the following: 1) Creating mechanisms to generate data-driven recommendations for all-up Global Demand that is aligned to EC2 and Container and Linux business initiatives as well as creating a mechanism for Headcount (HC) tracking. 2) Building and managing the end-to-end processes and lifecycle for global demand validation and cross-team alignment with EC2 BOS University Programs, Campus Recruiting, and Industry Recruiting [directional] to ensure holistic workforce strategy and planning. 3) Build, manage and own the end-to-end processes for centralized headcount management to confirm alignment between the EC2, Container and Linux, Industry Recruiting and Central FP&A.Finally, I deliver results by tactically driving teams and influence team priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions in and outside the EC2 organization. I own leadership of medium to large projects, delegating work to other Data and Analytic PMs and aligning program processes within the team, as well as with partner teams to ensure consistency and success of integration to streamline varying team processes.
