In April 2020, I oversaw the launch of Advisory Board's premier podcast, Radio Advisory. As the show’s host, I manage the content and prioritization of episodes and interview industry experts to break down the issues that health care executives should be thinking about. Our guests have included leaders like Marc Harrison and Zeke Emanuel, progressive organizations like Cleveland Clinic and Contessa Health, and our own Advisory Board researchers who always manage to teach me something new. We’ve covered topics ranging from health equity to workforce resilience to value-based care.When I’m not recording, I also lead research studies on provider strategy and act as an adviser for executive teams to help them make sound decisions and substantive progress against their goals. During my time at Advisory Board, I’ve overseen a wide range of publications on topics like primary care transformation, consumer strategy, medical group operations, physician engagement, and burnout prevention.I’m a passionate teacher and I love to work directly with executives to educate, counsel, and offer tactics for scalable implementation. I’m a frequent speaker and facilitator at events of all sizes—industry conferences, webinars, physician retreats, leadership meetings, and wherever else I can provide strategic guidance. When I am not working, I am usually planning my next hiking or backpacking trip.
