About Rae Watson

I'm a Communications and Marketing professional with extensive experience of developing communication strategies, stakeholder engagement campaigns and PR activities with impact. Named in the top 50 most influential 'Digital Power Players' in Social Housing. I believe my success comes down to a natural interest in people and behaviour. I believe success comes through collaboration. Working with new partners saves money and increases impact.I have lots of practical project management experience which means I love working and managing a diverse team, on tight deadlines and I'm comfortable with handling multiple campaigns. In my spare time I've developed a strong social network for fellow social housing communication professionals, so we can share our skills and ideas with each other.I'm also the Media Trust Regional Volunteer champion and marketing advisor. This role also leads me to support public, third and private sector organisations to help them figure out who they are, what they want to do and how they can tell as many people as possible on a shoestring.
