- Implement SAP R3 in NAA;- Coordinate MPC exports from NAA to LAA, EUR and Asia Pacific;- Manage inventory levels within LAA;- Guarantee inventory quality;- Analyze Supply/Demand balance to define import and production needs to cover sales forecast;- Define the best cost for the operation (product flow) based on freight costs, import duties, import restriction, etc;- Lead monthly S&OP and ES&OP meetings;

- International Orders Management for Performance Plastics Customers (demand management,samples, drawback, anti-dumping process, bonded warehouse)- Develop tools and reports to improve the process and make it more reliable;

- Develop a tool to monitor the order load of the current month;- Define a process and develop a tool for forecasting next month sales (a document prepared by sales to inform supply chain);- Responsible for the follow-up on automotive customers´ orders (customers such Ford, GM, PSA, etc)- Responsible to back up the logistic coordinator and plant scheduler when needed for short period of time;
