Following my time in CDD, I was moved to the QA unit, where my job is to audit the CDD and Underwriting processes. Loan applications are UW's primary priority. I screen calls to determine whether a loan is eligible for approval. In order to comply with CDD regulations, I audit the EDD unit, reviewing the EDD files, the EDD officers' callout interviews, and the EDD's justification.

A few months later, I was given a callout and document deficiency assignment where I had to monitor clients' documents and inform them of the documents that needed to be resubmitted. Following the docdef unit, I was moved to the CDD's QA team to audit PV and EDD teams.
