Later on, became Quality Auditor, then got promoted to SME, trained offshore for an expansion scope then joined Service Management as Reports Analyst before leaving the project 2015.A consistent top performer receiving both the Top SME, Top Team awards within the same year.Joined Project Management Office as F&A Tableau Developer, also help in executing end-to-end project management activities for internal and external stakeholders for senior leadership in driving strategic business objectives.Moved to BST-BRG March 2017 as a Service Management Analyst, then later on deployed to Google Network May 2017 as NetOps Process Modeling Analyst, manage business processes and supporting documentation, acting as the main point of contact to interact with all teams & stakeholders responsible for each process, to identify such changes and reflect them into the existing documentation.
