I'm a registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and an experienced Disability Support Worker. I specialise in trauma-informed and person-centred care. I’m an open-minded and non-judgmental person. Exploring patterns, understanding life challenges and revealing my fantastic journey as a psychotherapist. Have successfully assisted clients in overcoming issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship difficulties, while fostering their personal growth and resilience. Seeking a position where I can apply my therapeutic skills and knowledge to provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients in need. I hold an overseas Bachelor's Degree in Psychology not yet recognised in Australia. However, I am a qualified registered counsellor (level 2 membership with ACA). I also have a First Aid and CPR course and a Working with Children Check. I am knowledgeable in a variety of counselling techniques. I have the ability to help clients understand their circumstances and identify ways to move forward. So, they can feel healthier, happier, and more energetic.
