About Rafaela Rodriguez

I have the privilege of working alongside workers across low-wage industries to collectively shift power and support the protection of their rights at work and beyond. Experienced human rights advocate merging my commitment to defending indigenous and migrant rights through the implementation of solutions that focus on true environmental and social sustainability. I am driven to work collectively for a better future, through organizing among communities, raising awareness of issues at the intersection of environmental and social protections. When I am not working/supporting people, I am growing or cooking food and finding myself among mountains, rivers, & oceans.
