Despite my technical background as a Computer Engineer, I quickly realized that my true passion was entrepreneurship, both within and beyond corporations. This became evident when I departed from my significant role as a software developer at IBM to venture into launching a tech-based startup.My attempt to provide free mobile calls through Bluetooth with the phones available in 2008 might have been a bit audacious (midway through the project, phones with Wifi, Android Operating Systems, or models like the iPhone appeared). Yet, the learning throughout this journey has empowered me to tackle projects with unwavering determination. With each setback, I've risen stronger... and wiser.This entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a generous dose of adaptability, effort, and commitment, has enabled me to establish an international trade department and craft an Africa-focused internationalization strategy within a renewable energy company, even back when a commercial department was non-existent (Solaria). I repeated this process by founding a marketing department and shaping Mobbeel's branding, inbound, and outbound strategies.
