Coordinated a team of 8 designers that developed:• Interiors - Hard Trim components for model FIAT CRONOS including:Rear Parcel Shelf – Rear Parcel Shelf Supports - Isofix Mouldings – Seat belt Mouldings - Rear Side Panel Mouldings - C-Pillar Covers – Rear Luggage Trim.• All Exterior components for model FIAT MOBI 2016 and FIAT MOBI WAY 2016, including: 2 Complete Front Bumpers – 2 Front Grills – 2 Complete Rear Bumpers – 4 Fender Flares – D-Pillar Trims – 1 Cowl Screen – 4 Wheelhouse Liners – 1 complete Roof Rail.• Complete Front Bumper for 3 versions of the FIAT NOVO UNO 2017, in this case, also coordinated a cooperative team in Turkey with 1 Specialist and 3 other designers.Daily activities include:• Task and project management;• PLM /PDM;• ECO’s management (Engineering Change Orders);• Feasibility analysis of surfaces Class A, B, C;• 2D section construction as technical inputs;• Homologation and Performance studies according international and local standards;• Development and proposal of technical solutions for feasibility, technical inputs, performance requests, ergonomics, fixings, structure, weight reduction, assembly order, process requirements, cost reduction, vehicle layout and etc;• Transforming surfaces Class A,B,C into complete 3D CAD Models, most parametric;• Creation of documentation for Change Orders, • GD&T Definition for parts and assemblies;• Gap and Flush schemes, Tolerances definition;• FMEA / DFMEA;• Schematic Studies for analysis, installation, ergonomics, etc;• Dealing with client’s stakeholders;• Project Milestones delivering;• Follow up with FCA and other suppliers since Concept phase until after the Start of Production (SOP);• Budgeting and prospection of new clients.
