With over 10 years of experience in marketing strategy and analytics, I am responsible for CRM governance and processes, RevOps, and Data Analysis at e-Core IT, a leading IT solutions provider with a global presence. I first joined the company to work exclusively for the New York office, developing and managing inbound/outbound marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, and lead nurturing for the B2B segment. Nowadays I'm part of the IT Data and CoreSys teams under the IT&Security department. I have a data-driven and customer-centric approach using data analysis from marketing tools (CRM, Google Analytics, and others), and business KPIs/OKRs to measure and optimize marketing campaigns and business performance. I also have a strong background in B2C marketing, having worked for more than 5 years at Intercity Hotels, a Brazilian hotel chain, where I was responsible for the marketing of 11 hotels across southeast and central-west regions, as well as corporate campaigns for seasonal and special occasions. I have won multiple awards regarding email marketing performance and hotel launch campaigns (products).Specialized in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics at Conquer Business School, I also hold an M.B.A. in Marketing Strategy and Communication from ESPM. I also have certificates in Data Analytics and Productivity from Coursera and Escola Conquer. I am fluent in English, having spent a year in Dublin, Ireland, where I improved my language skills. I am passionate about business and marketing data analytics, BI, culture, and tourism.
