With over 10 years of experience in marketing strategy and analytics, I am responsible for CRM governance and processes, RevOps, and Data Analysis at e-Core IT, a leading IT solutions provider with a global presence. I first joined the company to work exclusively for the New York office, developing and managing inbound/outbound marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, and lead nurturing for the B2B segment. Nowadays I'm part of the IT Data and CoreSys teams under the IT&Security department. I also have a strong background in B2C marketing, having worked for more than 5 years at Intercity Hotels, a Brazilian hotel chain, where I was responsible for the marketing of 11 hotels across southeast and central-west regions, as well as corporate campaigns for seasonal and special occasions. I also have certificates in Data Analytics and Productivity from Coursera and Escola Conquer. I am fluent in English, having spent a year in Dublin, Ireland, where I improved my language skills. I am passionate about business and marketing data analytics, BI, culture, and tourism.
