Network Operational Center Engineer
Current- Detection, diagnosis and opening of incidents.- Escalate incidence to speed up its resolution.- Support to international customers and service providers.- Use of ticketing program (ServiceDesk, Jira Ticket).- Monitoring of client networks (Zabbix).- Network monitoring based on Cisco ASR Series (920, 1001, 1002, 9001 and 9006).- Manage customer data.
