CurrentReports directly to two of the four co-founders of the company assisting with day to day operations.Booking national and international airfare and hotelsSchedule zoom and google meet meetingsPlan and organize company events for team bonding events, and holiday dinners for NY office.Office manager of the NY location in charge of the day to day operations of the office including ordering office supplies, IT management/troubleshooting, maintaining interpersonal relations with the building management, hiring and overseeing cleaning crew.Oversaw the implementation of Slack company wide during initial Covid shutdownOversees wifi/internet upgrade and setup video conferencing technology for conference room Head of coordination for Home and Tech trade shows each year. Involved booking travel, hotel accommodations, meals, overseeing booth build outs and working with show management to ensure a successful show leading up to and including load in and load out.Head of special projects for the company.Onboarding new hires for both coast offices in NY and LA.Schedule and coordinate annual employee reviewsHead of admin programs: setting up emails, distribute licenses for adobe, microsoft 365, and slack, shared calendars, and overseeing member usage.Expense reporting for myself, and two partners using SAP Concur.Work with finance department to help book invoices in proper channels in the companyLiaises with PR company to head up marketing and promo orders to secure media coverage of products and brand awareness.Assist sales teams with sending out samples to different wholesale clients and general admin helpOversee monthly forecasting reports to ensure accurate inventory and PO’s are maintainedAssisted with the launch of two brands in 2020.
