Main activities:- Responsible for calculating and disclosure Supply Chain KPIs for Rhodia Worldwide, as Forecast Accuracy, Scheduled Adherence, Days of Supply, Supplier “On Time In Full” Delivery Rate, Customer “On Time In Full” Delivery Rate and Customer Complaint Rate;- Responsible for updating SO&P information (Sales Operation & Inventory Plan) and report monthly for business director together sales, finance, production, quality and maintenance;- Manager main raw material for Tow production - Cellulose Acetate (import from United States) using just in time concept. - Create all raw materials order at SAP;- Follow up import processes of Acetate;- Schedule Acetate deliveries from Santos port to plant;- Commercial and Supply Chain leader of 5S;- Prepare final product (tow) production planning together production and sales.- Sales analyses (Forecast x Real) and report to area manager;- Inform key accounts about changes at Sales forecast;- Keep all sales updated at Worldwide intranet and inform key accounts;- Keep area informed about Tow market share at America.
