Provider Onboarding Specialist
Current• Oversee onboarding for all medical new hires and established company-wide onboarding standards and best practices.• Developed and implemented a scalable onboarding program for medical providers, driving growth, engagement, and retention within the organization.• Deliver a white-glove onboarding experience and ongoing support, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to ensure seamless transition, engagement, and successful integration for all new medical hires.• Develop onboarding materials, including presentations, templates, and communication resources.• Collaborate with IT, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and HR to support new providers during onboarding process.• Manage and lead meetings with key leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement training schedules and best practices.• Curate and utilize onboarding data and feedback to refine processes.• Responsible for the travel arrangements (hotel, flight, car rental, insurance) for the new hires during the onboarding phase.• Maintain relationships with third-party companies to ensure comprehensive onboarding.• Assist departments with specific projects to contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
