In my role at Nelogica, I am responsible for launching campaigns and managing ongoing promotions for new products. My responsibilities encompass the entire sales funnel, including communication strategies, channel selection, product conception, and value proposition development. I work fundamentally on growth marketing, utilizing tools such as Insider, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, RD Station, SendFlow, BuzzLead, Excel, and our intranet to generate leads, increase revenue, and enhance customer lifetime value (LTV).A key aspect of my role involves analyzing campaign performance and optimizing existing initiatives, resulting in significant increases in conversion rates at each stage of the funnel. I conduct performance tests to validate hypotheses that enhance our conversion rates, including A/B testing and incremental tests. Additionally, I create landing pages designed to maximize conversion opportunities. My approach includes seeking creative solutions, particularly in communication, where I employ effective copywriting and an omnichannel strategy that ensures multiple touchpoints with customers.Furthermore, I work closely with strategic partners and focus on producing compelling ads by writing engaging scripts that capture attention and achieve high click-through rates (CTR). I maintain active contact with the media, data, and commercial teams, all of which contribute to the success of the campaigns I oversee. By leveraging insights from CRM metrics related to lead generation and email performance, I strive to validate strategies that drive growth for my business unit, ultimately increasing revenue and enhancing lead generation while ensuring effective control and improvement of ROI across campaigns.

As a member of the pioneering angel investor group in Rio Grande do Sul, I’m responsible for the operation of the largest and most prominent network of its kind in the state. Initially responsible for marketing and member engagement, I have since expanded my role to include deal flow management, ensuring that our members receive the best investment opportunities available. This is all done through a dealflow process which has many steps since the 1st contact until the investment. The group comprises approximately 60 members and has successfully invested in eight startups within its portfolio.Our commitment to the new economy goes beyond financial investment; we strive to provide "smart money" to our portfolio startups, offering valuable insights and support to foster their growth. We have also established partnerships with significant innovation hubs, including South Summit Brazil, the Parque Zenit at UFRGS, and Tecnopuc at PUCRS, which enhances our ability to identify and support promising ventures. Through my efforts, I aim to foster a vibrant ecosystem that empowers startups while delivering value to our investors.

I worked closely with our client, Panvel, to align their strategic goals with effective digital media campaigns. I utilized various advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, DV360, and TikTok Ads, to extract valuable data that informed our strategies. From this data extraction, I was responsible for creating detailed briefings for the media team and also generating actionable insights to guide campaign development.By analyzing performance metrics, I aimed to maximize key performance indicators such as click-through rates, total clicks, and sessions across all stages of the sales funnel—awareness, traffic, and conversion.Additionally, I was responsible for Panvel Ads, the channel established to promote partner brands, and participated in the successful launch of initiatives like Panvel Infinita, the company's marketplace, and Panvel Lovers, its private label. My responsibilities included crafting detailed performance reports to communicate results effectively to the client, allowing for data-driven decisions.Through the application of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, I fostered collaboration and efficiency within the team while executing Personal Development Plans to enhance our operational effectiveness. This comprehensive approach not only supported Panvel’s advertising goals but also reinforced my commitment to delivering measurable results.
