Currently, I work as a management consultant, specializing in process optimization and the development of digital business strategies. Throughout my career, I have contributed to projects spanning various sectors such as retail, food and beverages, media, car rental, oil and gas, among others. My skillset encompasses strategic design, process improvement, financial analysis, business modeling, and project management.My current academic journey involves pursuing a Master's in IT Competitiveness Management at FGV, where I share my knowledge and passion for developing digital business strategies and their impact on markets and organizational processes. Previously, I established a strong foundation in Production Engineering at USP.
