During my Ph.D. course, I have also acted as a researcher in different projects, of which I would like to highlight:• Strategic Plan for the Setúbal Península Digital Project – The main objective of this project was to develop a Strategic Plan for the “Setúbal Península Digital” project, in collaboration with the Association of Municipalities of the Setúbal Region (AMRS). The strategic plan aimed to align the Information Systems with the strategy and business requirements of the different municipalities and contribute to increasing innovation in each municipality. The plan was based on the COBIT 5 “APO02 Manage Strategy” process and the balanced scorecard tool.• IMPROVER - This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program. The overall objective of IMPROVER was to improve European critical infrastructure resilience to crises and disasters through the implementation of combinations of societal, organizational, and technological resilience concepts to real-life examples of pan-European significance, including cross-border examples.• COBRA 2 - COBRA2 was a project done in partnership with Compta Business Solutions. This project goal was to create a software tool that would help organizations carry out a self-evaluation of their IT Governance processes – regardless of the IT Governance frameworks use by the company - considering their specific business objectives.
