Conducting the entire process of defining and reviewing the corporate strategy (ambition, strategic drivers, short-term objectives and indicators) and areas; Development and monitoring of performance indicators; Definition of the projects and initiatives necessary to achieve the objectives and indicators and their effective monitoring; Preparation of presentations and reports with market view (business opportunities and competitors assessment) and internal view (performance and route adjustments) in order to support the board's decision making; Conducting the entire strategy communication process for its dissemination among employees at all levels.

Preparation of Budget and Business Plan(5 years), supporting the technical and commercial areas in the strategic definition both qualitative and quantitative; Mapping of the congeners of the insurance market (Benchmarking) with reports of projections of evolution and study of players; Preparation of studies to support the decisions of the Executive Directors; Support in the process of planning the business strategy and its implementation; Development and enforcement of models for performance monitoring; Monitoring and support for action plans and projects with the business areas and the Forecast.

Responsible for preparing the presentation for the administrative board, with the managerial results of the Company; Preparation and monitoring the results of branch offices and agents brokers; Benchmarking analysis of the Insurance Market; Support in the budget and strategic planning preparation; Maintenance and administration of Company’s cost centers on SAP (ERP); Maintenance and administration of Oracle PBCS System; and also supporting the business providing comparisons between actual and budget.

Supporting the Engine Business Unit as a member of the Financial Planning departament.Resposible for a monthly control of Forecast and Actual of Engines&Components margin/volume, report and analysis of DESA(Direct Engine Sales Analysis), Maintenance and administration of IBM Cognos System (Local Finance tool) and also supporting the business providing comparisons between actual and budget

Supporting the Controlling & Sales team on activities:- Controlling and Development monthly reports of engineering costs;- Analysis of expenditures on project development orders;- Follow up the reconciliation of Debts/Credits with customers;- Support on extracting the “P&L” and “Balance Sheet” from FIRE System (SAP); - Support on developing spreadsheets for control of internal processes.
