I considered this job as my first 'professional job' after university. The pillars of what I know today was thanks to this job. Landing this job without experience was a major accomplishment for me. I learned and improved my Excel skills. Learned about logistics processes, acronyms, imp/exp process and documentation, reporting to managers and supervisors, traffic monitoring (vessel, air and OTR), small parcel, understanding of work flow and supply chain, quoting with service providers (warehouses, carriers, RDCs, etc.). Learned to work under pressure and striven on completing tasks under deadlines. Improved my interpersonal relations with colleges inside and outside the workspace. Learned some Korean words and even a few bad ones.
