Rafael Rodríguez is a seasoned Software Development Engineer and Manager with over 24 years of experience in software development, spanning various industries such as financial, technology, anti-fraud, gaming, and e-commerce. Out of his total tenured, Rafael worked 14 years as a full stack developer, and now ,10 years as a Software Manager at Amazon. Since 2014, Rafael has been leading a team of talented engineers at Amazon.com, developing new tools and features for the company's Selling Partners Support teams , as well as maintaining existing systems with high demand and usage. He was responsible for setting up the first Dev Center in Costa Rica. On the daily basis, Rafael is responsible of defining strategic vision for the products he owns along with a definition and execution of roadmap for new products impacting directly our customers' experiences. As part of his manager duties, Rafael defines career growth plans, conducts performance reviews, establishes communications channels and drives consensus with stakeholders to define execution plans using agile methodologies. He is also passionate about blockchain technologies and crypto currencies. He has taken courses on Solidity Smart contract development where he developed skills and knowledge around Infura, IPFS, ERC721(NFTs) and ERC20 Tokens
