A cyclist, graduated in Advertising from ESPM Sul and pseudo-architect from PUCRS, I have been working in the digital market for over 20 years. I had a great time at Aldeia, one of the first digital agencies in south of Brazil, where I started as an intern in HTML and went through the areas of branding, project management, Art Director and Creative Director, working with clients such as: Gisele Bündchen, Colcci , Forum, Sommerland, Tufi Duek, Dell Anno, New, Favorita, Panvel, Terra, Sebrae RS, FIERGS, Dana, Hospital Mãe de Deus, Government of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Fox Films, Grendene, Ipanema, Daniel Cassin and many others.I have a creative leadership profile and experience in team management, design, branding, digital communication, metrics and fashion (!!!), participating in photo shootings, editorials and covering 8 editions of the best fashion event in Brazil: SPFW. I joined the Aldeia society from 2009 to 2017 and at the end of 2017 I started a new path at SPRINTA as product director, combining the specialties that I love: cycling, design and marketing.In 2018, I created ARBB Consulting, offering consultancy aimed at metrology laboratories (NBR-ISO, marketing and structuring). Strange, right?After helping SPRINTA grow and gain worldwide recognition (check the case here: https://www.behance.net/gallery/74354419/SPRINTA), in 2019 I started a new cycle as UX/UI Designer at La Republica (actually Digital Business), being part of teams of clients such as Porto Seguro, Tramontina, Banco Safra, Bradesco, Vivo, Samsung, Continente (Sonae), OSF, Ouro Verde and many others. At the moment I am a UX/UI Designer Senior and UX Designer Lead at Digital Business, where I help with the people and technical development of the area.Finalist twice in the Professional Digital Abradi Award, in the UX category :D
