• Receiving Inspection of incoming mechanical material i.e:• Horizontal split case centrifugal pumps (KSB), service water pumps (KSB), submersible pumps (KSB), chlorine dosing skid (LUTZ JESCO), brine dosing skid (LUTZ JESCO), sample water pumps (GRUNDFOS) , HVAC equipment Roof top units (ZAMIL AC-PY-036, PY-60, PY-240) and split units (ZAMIL AC- MAZ 18, MAZ 24, MAZ 30), Rectangular straight duct and fittings (RABIE AL TAKYEEF), steel structure material i.e beams, columns, angles and cladding material, ductile iron pipes and fittings, gate valves (AVK), Butterfly valves (AVK), Motorized eccentric butterfly valve (AMICON)• Ensure material compliance according to Material approval• Refer Manufacturer ITP to review Raw Material certificates (MTC), Factory inspection reports, Third party reports• Review Manufacturer P&ID and GA drawings• Review Site layout and GA drawings for the project to highlight installation of material• Raise MIR (Material inspection request) to client• Co-ordinate with client for inspection and MIR approval• Raise WIR (Work inspection request) to client• Work Inspection of installation of water pipeline (ductile iron) DN 600 mm, DN 800 mm. DN 1000 mm• Work inspection of installation of valve chambers on pipeline.• Witness hydro test for pipeline• Prepare hydro test packages for pipeline• Work inspection of electro-chlorination system installation• Work inspection of pumps installation• Work Inspection of steel structure erection• Prepare ECC (Erection completion certificate) packages

• Inspection of incoming equipment (LPG pump, Compressor, SNG blender, Vaporizer, Air dryer, LPG tank) and raw material including pipes, pipe fittings, valves, gauges, welding electrodes as per relevant drawing and specifications • Ensure material compliance by reviewing material test reports (MTRs) / laboratory test reports of materials to ensure the conformance to applicable code and project specifications• Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications for piping systems• Assist mechanical construction team with allowable technical support as appropriate• Perform visual inspections and dimensional checks to verify proper alignment and fitment of piping components• Monitor welding processes and inspect welds for quality• Ensure that relevant approved WPS's are available in the workshop area and properly being followed by welders / welding operators• Employ non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as Radiographic (RT) and Dye Penetrant testing (DPT) to identify defects or flaws in welding joints• Carrying out inspection of the surface preparation and painting application activities• Witness Hydrostatic tests/Pneumatic Tests/Water Fill Tests of pipes and storage tanks• Monitor and document all stages of construction, fabrication, and installation of piping components

• Inspection of incoming materials like pipes , fittings, valves, gaskets, welding electrodes etc as per relevant specifications• Verification of incoming materials with respect to the heat numbers, Material Test Certificates/ mill certificate.• Arrange and prepare relevant documents necessary for inspection from client• Monitoring WQT & WPQR qualification, review and approve the issuance of welders’ certificates, required PQRs for WPs.• Review of shop drawings, project specifications and engineering instructions to ensure implementation of requirements at shop level• Preparation of all QA/QC documents• Uphold the consumables control procedure and monitor the consumable storage.• Conduct visual inspections of pipeline / flow line materials and welds• Ensure the construction according to approved design and standards• Employ non-destructive testing (NDT) such as Dye penetrant test (DPT) and monitor radiographic test (RT) results • Monitor RT films and Assist in identification of welding defects• Implement an approved procedure and ITP as well for Tie-In activities• Inspect coating and corrosion protection systems.• Carrying out quality checks of the surface preparation and painting application activities• Uphold site safety standards while inspection• Conduct pressure and leak tests on pipelines.
