I have strong hold on them and nurture them as i wish and mold in the sketch that should be, presently I am working gene Transformation in Potato so that to improve thee vitamin amount so that to compensate the loss of vitamin A in potato as it is a cheap source as a food in all over the world and is available all over the year. And I have strong feedback having strong knowledge about field of biology and research about plants specially about potato. And for more better understanding, I am one of the skilled and professional scientist how to use and set the laboratory conditions for the betterment of babies research facilities like MS and PhD students. My skills including , Cloning and gene transformation into plants, human and bacterial cells, plants multiplication and regeneration, using Agarose gel electrophoresis, Polymerase Chain Reaction including DNA isolation and extraction and protein extraction and precipitation.
