Responsibilities:•To interact with managers, supervisors & employees to help run an efficient Factory.•To direct and monitor the performance of employees , •To be aware of safety, quality and workplace responsibilities.•To run clean tidy, safe and cost effective factory.•To understand the quality Pre-requisites and ensure everyone implements them.•To put the best people in most appropriate jobs, irrespective of background, origin, education or gender and ensure they are trained to do their jobs.•To work toward saving cost and reducing waste while maintaining and improving quality & efficiency.•To fulfill the Mondelez’s requirements of being Aggressive, Adoptable & Accountable.•To act all times honestly and ethically.•Also responsible to manage the whole fleet department •Also coordinated with product development professionals for new product development, designs and recipe formulation Also introduce new operational strategies to run the factory operations effectively Also involved in commissioning and Installations of different machineries in coordination with Engineering Professionals  • Responsible to manage all Production activities efficiently and to organize work force of more than 90, in order to achieve maximum Productivity coordinated with product development and Quality Control department for new product development, designs and recipe formulation.•To understand the planed Low & High Boiled (Eclairs,Chews etc) requirements for the shift.•To ensure sufficient raw materials requisitioned to fulfill the plan.•To ensure batches are prepared and cooked in the right way and to the laid down specifications.•To liaise with engineering department and its personnel to ensure machinery is safe and working efficiently.etc

• To assist the Production Manager• Responsible to manage all Production activities• Responsible for ensuring Quality of all products during different stages of production

• Looking after all the products of High Boiled Candies(Like Milk bon bon, fruit cocktail . coconut candies , honey candies, orange drops Kino gold)• Responsible for making jams of honey candy, fruit cocktail and coconut candies etc.• Responsible for ensuring Quality of all products during different stages of production• Looking after all machines and their troubleshooting.• Assist the Production supervisor.
