I am a public policy and government affairs professional with more than 15 years of experience in policy analysis, development, and implementation; legislative relations and advocacy; designing and executing public affairs strategies in public service and private sector leadership roles.I currently serve as the Director of Economic Development at Prosper Portland, the City of Portland's economic development agency. In this role, I lead teams and programs to drive inclusive economic growth and opportunity in our community. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong judgment and adaptability to achieve results in fast-changing and complex environments including as an Economic Development Director for Mayor Ted Wheeler, a Policy Director for Walmart, Inc., a Legislative Director on Capitol Hill, and a Strategic Communications Advisor in Kabul, Afghanistan.
