Key Responsibilities:-Build strategies including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short as well as long term basis.-Develop brand and marketing strategies and manage marketing events, campaigns across print, broadcast, and digital platforms to ensure that they can reach out to the target customers and to build the credibility of brands.-Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with the competitors and target group, and also to assist with the service development, pricing, and new service inauguration as a means of developing new business opportunities.-Build brand images and awareness through both online and offline activities as in OVC/TVC to strengthen our offered services. Plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.-Analyze the success of marketing campaigns through Google Analytics and make ROI reports based on the project.-Work closely with several advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns.-Maintain contact with the vendors and distributors to get critical input on how the product/service design and implementation can be improved.-Supervise advertising, service designs, and other forms of both online and offline marketing to maintain consistency in branding.

This institution aims to enhance the social situations in the slums of Bangladesh through education and skill development programs. This institution particularly shows interest in the development of children and women of the underprivileged families. ESSD is successfully running a school that is aimed towards providing pre- primary education to the distressed children of the urban slums. 150 students are provided with free education. Along with that ESSD has the generous donations of Stamford University Bangladesh, who provides the students with books and stationary. ESSD is also running a Friday clinic to provide medical help to those who need it.
