The system design was done using Microsoft Visio 2002. The system was implemented using Microsoft ASP.NET for coding with VB.NET as language for backend code, ADO.NET for Data Access, Web Forms for User Interface and enhanced auto-validation for both client-server side and Visual Source Safe 6.0d for version control. Microsoft SQL Server 2000 was used for backend database and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (release 1) was used to create online examination reports.
