I am working on Allstate Insurance Project for about 3+ years as software developer on the Project's 'MyAccount' Web based service portal. The 'MyAccount Portal' platform provides users with various functionalities for customizeing communication and notification settings, opting for paperless invoicing, automating endorsement processing, managing policy documents, and handling billing and payments. My expertise lies in the billing and payment features, encompassing one-time payments, scheduled payments, and autopay.Web service portal is build on the Angularjs as front tier and c# .Net as backend interacting with a number of internal and external SOAP/WCF REST services.We are also using splunk log analysis It is the process of using the Splunk platform to search, filter, and analyze log data to gain insights and troubleshoot problems.We adopted to a Scrum Agile approach to management of incoming work. As a developer finishing the stories on time and providing inputs to the product owner for creating stories Actively participated and coordinated on scrum call like Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand Up, Review and Retrospectives.

Implemented innovative systems for data collection, storage and management of customer orders. Built databases and table structures following n-tier architecture methodology for web applications. Analysed and designed relational databases using MySQL. Collaborated with other developers to identify and alleviate the number of bugs in the software.
