This application uses new infrastructure – cloud-based application deployment on OpenShift, embedded server architecture provided by spring boot, etc. Roles and Responsibilities:• Development of server-side modules• Develop JSON-based RestFul microservices from new Transporter Server that exposes various services for different operations on the entities to be used by the client/server.• Development of caching and other small functionalities in Transporter Server.• Provide solutions for the automation of testing for all the application.• Provide solutions for complex requirements in the project.• Creating reactive services wherever necessary.Trader’s Work Bench(NGSE, QDE Server, RDS), BP Ltd October, 2017 – October, 2018This is a new project which aims at providing a better user experience to the users for entering deals on the system. These set of apps also talk with each other to get information. With this, the user is provided with an ecosystem that is interconnected and more user friendly. Basically, the Quick Deal Entry client provides a better way of entering deals to the users. Roles and Responsibilities:On top of the responsibilities mentioned for earlier projects, the following are the added responsibilities:• Development of server-side modules• Develop services from NextGen that exposes deal creation and update as well as other functionalities.• Development of caching and other small functionalities in QDE Server and expose these as services to the QDE client• Provide solutions for the automation of testing for all the application.• Provide solutions for complex requirements in the project.• October 2015 – September 2016: Worked as onsite resource in London for the TWB project.

It is a maintenance intensive project where the code is tweaked to match the client’s requirements. This project falls under the Energy vertical. DealEntry: An application for the entry and storage of deals between BP and internal/external counterparties.EConfirm: An application to automatically confirm the deal on behalf of the counterparty.RefData: An application to maintain metadata for DealEntry and EconfirmTIS: An application used for reporting purposes that keep details of all the deals and the shipments/parcels made for the same (which is got from the downstream system). Roles and Responsibilities:Requirement analysis.Design and development of java applications/ modules along with JUNITS. Modeling Software Processes on Next Generation Mobile PhoneA UML application developed for J2ME-enabled wide screen touch phones or PDAs for modeling Flowcharts and E-R diagrams on the go. Roles and Responsibilities:Designed the user interface that had multiple shapes objects in different Software lifecycle diagrams (such as E-R Diagrams, Flowcharts). This involved stretching the screen by providing a scroll option in the user interface. Other options provided was Zoom In/Zoom Out, enlarging the objects, writing text within the objects, snapping of arrows between two objects by dragging one object into the other and Undo/Redo options.Designed core algorithms required for storing and retrieving UML diagrams in RMS (Record store management system).Developed encryption algorithms for logging into the application and storing data in an encrypted format.Develop algorithm to import and export diagrams in XML format. The XML files can be transferred between mobile devices via Bluetooth. This would help in portability of the files. Files could be transferred and used on the other touch screen phone (if the software is present in the phone).The data could be viewed only through this application since the data was stored in an encrypted format.Technologies Used: J2ME, XML
