Products includes Kisan Credit Card (KCC), RWRF (Retail Warehousing Receipt Fund), Dealer Funding, Crop Loan and RBC •Managing Account Closure end to end process of Retail and Agri Products PAN India.•Managing Renewal and Balance Transfer end to end process of all Agri products•Authorization in Finacle Application in Account Opening, Account Closure, Renewal, Balance Transfer and other relevant updations•Managing Jewel Loan Account Opening end to end process•Authorization of NEFT and RTGS fund transfer for Jewel Loan in Finacle•Processing of Limit set up and Disbursements of Agri products, farmer finance accounts PAN India•Fore Closure Interest Run for Accounts in Finacle Application•Scruitinization of all KYC Documents as per compliance and guidelines of Bank•Exposure to Anti Money Laundering – Name Scanning and Monitoring of High Risk Accounts•Creation of Limit node for funding of Corporate customers – Dealer Funding and CLB funding•Resolving queries related to RBC products and interest bifurcation in coordination with account team and Branch banking•Mapping of daily and weekly margin call based on the price confirmation from CCMG team•Submitting monthly reports of priority sector lending as per the norms provided by RBI•Preparation of regulatory reports for Business teams for monitoring the portfolio•Daily reconciliation of PDC clearance and Bounces•Monitoring TATs in FCRM tray for all products to meet deadline•Monitoring Errors to maintain quality level in centralized Operations Team•Manpower planning and managing resources as per business volumes
