The Wise Indian Uncle is a social media influencer who shares jokes and memes daily. What started as a simple Facebook page back in April, 2017 has now transformed into a platform to share humorous content with over 75,000 followers on Facebook and 4,000 followers on Instagram- all of which are organic! Furthermore, we've conducted offline workshops in the city of Kolkata, teaching participants about a number of different sub-topics of social media marketing, content writing and designing.Apart from being a source of entertainment for thousands of youngsters daily, the Wise Indian Uncle has helped a number of clients for branding and advertising. Some of our clients include Uber Eats, Kolkata Comedy Festival and Hard Rock Cafe Kolkata!

I received a PPO based on performance assessment during the internship.The main project during the internship involved a Finance Transformation for a leading food products player. The work was primarily on two deliverables: a) Manual journal entries analysis, where I analyzed the client’s journal data to identify automation opportunities and b) Digital Finance Applications, where I identified digital tools & detailed out their applications across the client’s finance processes: O2C, P2P, R2R and FP&A.

The firm's vision was to enable organizations to market their products & services to target consumers at a micro level by consolidating existing marketing avenues and generating new, effective ones.We strove to create content that reaches out to the masses or niche audiences, as the case may be, and choose marketing channels that range from online marketing tools to micro-influencers.Services included social media marketing, search engine optimization, web development, merchandising, content marketing and influencer marketing.

My task was to research about trends in UAE's travel market. I evaluated a market opportunity worth INR 750Mn+ in the UAE Online Travel Aggregator market which could potentially yield net profits of INR 200Mn+ in 5 years from the proposed investment recommendation.
