• Led a high-performing team of 50+ members, responsible for developing and maintaining Ivanti’s Secure Access Client software which is running on 25 million customer nodes, both On-Prem and Cloud. Responsibilities included scoping, road mapping, conceptualization, prototyping, and product launch while effectively collaborating with stakeholders• Spearheaded the development and implementation of remote VPN and Network Security Solutions for end users across various operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, Linux, Chrome OS, iOS, and Android while also ensuring day-zero support for all OS upgrades throughout the year. Implemented essential security features such as Certificate handling, Bring your own certificate(BYOC), Passwordless authentication, FIPS compliance, and support for Open SSL and TLS 1.3, along with conducting Blackduck, Risksense, and Coverity Scans on the codebase to enhance product security.

• Spearheaded the end-to-end development, testing, and support of the Contrail SDN product, entirely managed from India, including seamless customer engagements and remote team management.• Led a cross-functional team of 70+ employees, to deliver the quarterly releases across various Engineering programs.• Oversaw the Contrail SDN Team, focusing on Open Cloud network automation, and successfully facilitated the transition to Kubernetes, while implementing cutting-edge features like Analytics including deep packet inspection (DPI), Network Monitoring/Telemetry, Intent-based configuration, DPDK, Smart NIC and kernel-based routing.• Orchestrated the Engineering Team to achieve excellence in feature testing, performance and scaling testing, network monitoring and testing of customer scenarios, ensuring superior product quality and reliability.• Established and managed the Rapid Response Sustaining Team in both India and Romania to handle high-priority customer issues with adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).• Pioneered the ATOM Team (Analytics, Telemetry, Orchestration, and Management), devising a robust fabric manager for all Juniper products, with a primary focus on telemetry and network management.
