I am an Electrical Engineer at Caresoft Global, where I specialize in the teardown of electric vehicles, collecting advanced data on their components and features, and creating spreadsheet tools to improve the workflow efficiency. With a M.Tech in Power Electronics from Government Engineering College, Thrissur, and a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nirmala College of Engineering, Chalakudy, I have a strong academic background in power electronics and electromagnetic principles.In my current role, I have assisted in the disassembly of more than 30 popular electric vehicles, such as the Hyundai Ioniq 5, Ford Mach E, and Tesla Model Y, and documented their distinctive features. I have also reconstituted the wiring harness blueprints of the vehicles in the Arcadia software, and utilized VBA to create two spreadsheet tools that streamline the process of checking and sorting part photos. Previously, I worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Eddy Current Controls, where I developed a switched reluctance motor for electric vehicles, and measured its power output using eddy current techniques.
