Current• Effectively complete core responsibilities including but not limited to opening new accounts for members, processing account updates/changes, and providing members with recommendations on new investment or loan products that best meet their needs• Manage end-to-end consumer loan application processes including submission, underwriting, and funding (e.g., auto loans, signature loans, credit cards, etc..)• Results oriented individual who consistently exceeds monthly loan sales quota by 200% • Operate as a subject matter expert on the credit union’s banking products in efforts to better support customers with all their banking needs• Demonstrate leadership by going above and beyond core responsibilities to assist branch teams in training and onboarding new hires• Provide excellent member service through ensuring attention to detail and protecting confidentiality
