Responsible for building and designing Advania’s digital strategy, cloud service portfolio and marketplace.

As Director of Hosting I was responsible for IT service delivery via traditional hosting and cloud solutions. This included everything from networking, storage and backup to the operating systems, data and applications.During that time, I participated in the implementation of ITIL processes (owner of 3 of 5 operational processes). Also led Advania’s transition from hosting to a more cloud based service portfolio (especially through Microsoft's CSP program, one of 20 first partners in the world to implement) that played a pivotal role in earning Advania the Microsoft Country Partner of the Year Award in 2015. As a result I was asked to speak at WPC (World Partner Conference - today called Microsoft Inspire) in Orlando 2015 where I shared information about the transition to cloud.

Management Consulting with special focus on strategy and the execution of strategy. Aided numerous organizations and public institutions of various size and verticals in Iceland, Denmark and Germany in creating their vision and a roadmap to get there.

- Took over as CEO in late 2008 at a time of great turbulence (was pregnant at the time)- Intensive crisis management and PR managment (due to serious dispute between the two owners that was on public display in the media)- Responsible for all aspects of the operations, answering directly to the Board of Directors

- Fully participated in the merger of Hive and SKO (which turned into TAL)- Responsible for business development and financial analysis for the overall business model- Solely responsible for mobile services and setup of Tal’s service centers- responsible for the technical system integration of the two former companies

Asked to take over as General Manager 6 months after the company launched its services. Responsible for all aspects of the operations, answering directly to the Board of Directors. Within the first two years, we reached 5% market share in the mobile market with 10.000 customers and a positive operational outcome. Later participated in the merger of SKO and Hive, rebranded as TAL.

Was offered to participate in the founding of the first MVNO, a low-cost telecom company in Iceland (SKO) and couldn’t say no! - Fully participated in the strategy making, marketing and business development- Head of the design creation of the interactive website for SKO based on the IT mobile system- Head of service development and responsible the gathering of key performance indicators

Was offered an internship with the Canadian Embassy in Iceland to conduct research and deliver reports on the market feasibility of various fields of business in Iceland, such as fishery, tech, education, and banking to name a few.

- Responsible for all aspects of the association’s operations- Students’ representative in the implementation team for the merger of RU and THI- Lead the merger of the two student associations of the merging schools
