I partnered with global business leads (Aerospace & Transportation), defined roles and responsibilities, catalogued operating models’ processes, addressed communication and cultural barriers between business units’ resources, and established productive relationships at all levels. I restructured organizational processes and teams, outsourced IT services, streamlined business process, and standardized systems. I strategized solutions as a member of project Steering Committees and the Investment Review Board, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors. I led a team (based in Germany, USA & Canada) in the delivery of solution architecture, functional analyses, and transition support agreements for HR and Finance systems of acquired and sold businesses.Key achievements include: ● Enhanced business-wide leadership by adding accountability for Finance (within first three months of hiring), and IT, Corporate Real Estate, Industrial Security, and Technical Services & Automation Divisions to HR, Communication, Legal, and H&S portfolios.● Intelligent Enterprise program: Initiated, blueprinted, and led data/process redesign project with $370M USD total investment, achieving increased agility, efficiency, and competitiveness, by redesigning and deploying leading processes. ● Drove deployment of technology to standardize processes, automate transactions, and enable global reporting (Source to Contract and Procurement Operations).● Gave rise to net savings of $1M USD and unprecedented rise in employee experience through HRIS transformation program to enable more efficient compensation processing and reduce risk of errors and data breaches.

Key achievements include: ● Drove North America Payroll and Timesheet project worth >$8M, helming vendor/RFP selection, collaborating with PM and solution architect/project teams, overseeing all aspects to ensure timely and quality delivery.● Improved efficiency of global corporate business process, moving from individual systems to standardized global processes, as part of $6M enterprise performance management projects. ● Deployed first corporate operational framework for outsourced IT services. ● Received Finance Executive approval to deliver new Financial Management ($1.5M project).● Achieved time and money savings by simplifying contingent manufacturing division workers’ timesheet tracking process.

I project-managed functional and technical deliverables to implement ERP systems, collaborating with team of ten business analysts and developers. I ensured global deployment of system, overcoming a large knowledge transfer challenge. I facilitated stakeholder consensus and defined project scope, priorities, and deadlines. I crafted end-to-end test script, policies, and procedures, as we well as data integration plan. I led data conversion and interface teams, resolved issues, and supported end users. Key achievements include: ● Developed system through clear definition, thorough analysis, strategic implementation, and documentation.● Planned, managed, and executed deployment of AP scan tool and its integration with Oracle EBS finance modules (specifications, technical design, testing, roadmap, etc.)
