I am looking for an arrangement as customer trade manager in an eminent and cosmopolitan share a group of company, where my skills are developed in manufacturing company, Financial company, Service company, structural stock and securities exchanging approaches.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with other professionals to assess aClient’s needs and construct a long term relation with them.Job Responsibilities:• Demand planning for raw materials & chemicals for maintaining uninterrupted production in the factories. • Procurement of raw materials, machinery, spare parts & chemicals from international markets • Sourcing out suppliers to ensuring effective procurement of quality materials with competitive price by way of effective negotiation.• Find out total cost (landed cost) of each foreign procurement on the basis of involvement of duty, taxes etc. so that a comparison could be made if procured from local source.• Maintaining regular contacts with the supplier after opening LC for ensuring on time shipment of the consignments.• Coordinating with concerned departments, C&F agent and transport agency after arriving of the consignments at port in order to smooth delivery of the consignment to the factory.• Arrangement of management approval to effect procurement.• Management of data base system related to procurement system • Arrangement of payment by assessing of service delivery in line with deed of agreement.• Follow up and supervision of necessary jobs in bank related to LC opening, release of shipping documents and payments of import.
