Key Responsibilities:- Plan preparation and implementation of different activities according to the business plan. Help and logistic support private company staff and project staff for implementing their activities according to PKSF intervention guidelines.  Monthly, Quarterly, and annual plan preparation and submission. Capacity building of Field staff through weekly and monthly staff conduction meetings. Attend monthly quarterly annual and business planning meetings to prove and improve project activities and performance.

Key Responsibilities:- Business plan preparation and implementation of the different interventions (Livestock, Poultry, and Crops) according to project guidelines.  Intervention plan, design, and implementation in Livestock, poultry, and other agricultural sub-sectors. Help and support AIC Staff (Feed and agricultural inputs) in implementing their activities according to M4C intervention guidelines.  Partner selection for native chicken intervention. (Hatchery owner, feed company, medicine company, poultry seller, etc) Linkage with a private company and DLS for poultry inputs and machine availability (Incubator, hover, debeaking machine.  Capacity building of field officers through weekly and monthly staff meeting conduction. Attend monthly quarterly annual and business planning meetings to prove and improve project activities and performance. Coordination with MJSKS and SC management. Find out the case study /success story and document the project’s success.

Key Responsibilities:- Maintain communication with experienced consultants and coordinate on various issues. Provide assistance to entrepreneurs in connecting equipment suppliers, garment machine suppliers, and large institutional buyers. Assist the Monitoring Officer in creating the profile of the entrepreneurs; assist the staff in achieving the goals and objectives of the project by regularly reviewing the progress of the entrepreneurs. Assist in preparing reports by ensuring baseline, midterm reviews, and inline surveys of the project. Review the periodic results of the project, and assist the staff in preparing monthly quarterly, half-yearly and annual reports. Documenting project learning, case studies, and best practices. Market analysis, Problem finds strategic option selection and fixes the problem by addressing different activities. Intervention and activities design brief and implementation as value chain facilitator.  Lead to the implementation of various interventions in the selected sector and cross-cutting themes. Find out service providers/actors for various business models with the help of the team. Monthly, Quarterly, and annual plan preparation and reporting to the Project coordinator/PKSF.
