Established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and executed experiments using Raman and IR Spectroscopy involving inorganic molecules found in uranium contaminated water and inorganic chemical additives used in agriculture. Communicated findings and analysis to broad audiences from non-scientific individuals to research conferences. The purpose of which was to share my excitement on the impacts my research could have on everyday life.

Developed and implemented curriculum to promote learning for freshmen of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Solicited and utilized student feedback to improve learning strategies for each learning style present in class.

Created a database of Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) data using Netzsch Proteus to analyze the variations found between batches of adhesives and subsequently, to predict how substitutions in formulas will affect any given product. Designed and carried out experiments testing how varying resin type will affect a product’s DSC measurement.
