This experience allowed me to bridge the gap between maintaining quality and driving innovation in the dynamic food industry.I have to contribute in Quality Audit ( Internal Audit, BRC, HALAL, ISO). I have to conduct different Microbial and Chemical Testing in the Laboratory.I have 3 research articles published in the different Journals related to Antioxidant Characterization and Artificial Ripening Fruit Quality.I have successfully completed an Internal Audit 16 hours Training Course based on ISO 22000 and HALAL.
