1. Planning, design and documentation of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) distribution systems of all the building infrastructure projects2. Oversee projects through feasibility, concept, design development and construction & commissioning phases. Perform power system studies in SKM PowerTools for Windows (PTW), SKM GroundMat, ETAP, CDEGS and PowerCAD including but not limited to load flow analysis, short circuit analysis, grading studies, arc flash evaluation, harmonic studies, cable sizing and substation earthing design4. Ensure clients’ requirements, deliverables and level of documentation are clearly defined and disseminated with sufficient pre-notification5. Project Leader on single and multi-disciplinary projects and the administration of design interface between disciplines. Participate in internal and external meetings to discuss client issues, proposals, new opportunities and marketing strategies. Address issues in a timely manner whilst managing key stakeholders6. Review technical submissions by Contractors and Sub-Contractors and the quality of construction against the specified requirements and liaise to address construction-related issues7. Ensure quality system is implemented and maintained on projects, which require quality assurance reviews for peer projects8. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) responsibilities
