I have a strong desire to create an impact of positive difference in the lives of people I get to server. Along with my graduate degree in International Development and Service program from Concordia University-Portland, my Service-Learning Internships in the International Development field, as well as my status as an AmeriCorps alumnus, has given me considerable skills and knowledge to assist people from diverse backgrounds and across a range of age groups. I am deeply committed to working towards a world in which people can lead a life of choice and opportunity. Professionally, I have a solid experience in developing and coordinating various projects and activities for youth and families. Worked on several aspects of helping the disadvantaged. I am committed to eliminating poverty, dismantling racism, and creating opportunities for underrepresented and underserved communities. I bring wisdom gleaned from lived experiences as an immigrant, bilingual and bicultural woman of color.When I am not on the job, I love hiking, spending time with family and friends, indulging in my love for traveling and exploring new places.
