• Provide support to the client in finding the qualified candidates for vacant job positions.• Locate professionals through leads shared by my superiors, cold calling, referrals, networking, direct mail etc.• Responsible for evaluating candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience against the requirement of the position.• Perform the tasks of developing and maintaining future contact file of candidates.• Facilitate hiring process by interviewing and screening perfect candidates for the open position.• Negotiation the salary for the candidates. • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.• Assists the candidate through the hiring procedure of the client; including initial contact, scheduling for interview, delivering and receiving feedback and closing the deal.
